✨ Welcome to a new kind of bodywork.
For when you don’t want a massage—
you just want someone to scratch your back and play with your hair.
Soft Touch Studio is a gentle landing spot for your nervous system: calm, cozy, and full of sensory delight.
This isn’t massage. It’s not energy work.
It’s something softer. Simpler. Sweeter.
A brand-new form of bodywork that honors the deep, human craving for gentle, affectionate, platonic touch.
You’ll stay fully clothed, lying on a warm, welcoming table, while your body is pampered with feather-light brushes, textured tools, jade rollers, wooden combs, gua sha stones, slow arm strokes, head tracing, hair play, and back “tickles.”
It’s the sensory magic you forgot you missed—quiet attention without pressure or intensity.
✨ What to expect:
Each session is $175 GRAND OPENING SALE $125 (save $50!) Venmo or cash please

Relevant scientific concepts and studies (somatic psychology, neuroscience, and integrative medicine) that support aspects of this work:
🧠 Touch and the Nervous System
C-Tactile (CT) afferent fibers are nerve fibers that respond specifically to gentle, slow, nurturing touch. Research shows they activate the insular cortex, which is linked to emotional regulation and body awareness.

😌 Parasympathetic Activation & Relaxation Response
Gentle touch and calming environments can stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps lower cortisol (stress hormone), reduce heart rate, and promote deep rest.

🧘♀️ Somatic Experiencing & Trauma Recovery
Approaches like Somatic Experiencing (Peter Levine) and Polyvagal Theory (Stephen Porges) show that trauma can be stored in the body, and that gentle, mindful touch or presence can support nervous system regulation and healing.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear to my session?
Please wear (or bring) a comfortable base layer, like a tank top or sleeveless shirt, and shorts or pants that can easily roll up. This helps me access key areas like your arms, shoulders, and legs while keeping you comfortable.
Do I need to wash my hair before I come?
Yes, please arrive with clean, freshly washed hair, free from heavy products like oils, gels, or dry shampoo. Because I do detailed scalp work (including light scratching and touch), this helps keep the experience fresh and pleasant for both of us.
Should I remove jewelry?
If possible, please remove jewelry from your hands, wrists, neck, and ears before your session. It helps prevent snags and allows for smoother touch.
Who is this service for?
Soft Touch Studio is a femme-centered space, open to women, nonbinary, queer and trans folks. Cis men, thank you for honoring that this particular space is not for you.
Can I wear lotion or makeup?
It's best to come with clean, bare skin—skip heavy lotions, makeup, oils, or perfumes beforehand. This helps enhance your sensory experience and ensures no fragrances clash in the shared space.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive about 5–10 minutes early to use the restroom, settle in, and start your session on time. If you’re running late, your session may need to be shortened to honor the next client’s appointment.
What about payment and cancellations?
I accept: Venmo, Paypal, cash
Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
Tips: Never expected, always appreciated.
What if I have injuries or sensitivities?
Please let me know ahead of time if you have any physical injuries, sensory sensitivities, or emotional needs. My goal is to create a session that feels completely safe and supportive for you.
